What are three things you look for in a Fed? I like a fed that doesn't use real life images, only does OC's and isn't afraid to not copy the big on TV wrestling feds... and open to listening to the players as well for their angles and storylines.
What is your favourite part of this strange hobby we share? The writing and storytelling. Its not all about wins or losses, but about telling your story.
Tell us something about yourself: I'm just trying to get back into the hobby... I got started a long time ago, and haven't done it since 2010/2011. I ran my own fed that was part of Primetime Central and was an admin there for a while as well. But know I'll be starting with a lot of ring rust.
Wrestler Info
Name:Tetsuo Oni (III)
Height: 6' 1"
Weight: 235lbs
Gender: Male
Pronouns: He/Him
Age: 20's
Billed From: The Okinawa Prefecture, Japan
Wrestling Style: Technical Puro-resu with a dash of martial arts striking, and a pinch of aerial work when needed.
Disposition: Tweener
Entrance Music: "One More Flag In The Ground" by Kamelot
Entrance:
The eerie sounds of a woman chanting start to go throughout the arena, as guitars come in slowly. It eventually hits as Tommy Karevik's undeniable vocals yell out the title to Kamelot's "ONE MORE FLAG IN THE GROUND"
In the entrance, a man steps out. His legs covered by his wrestling tights and boots. HIs chest and shoulders covered by what looks like armor. The edges and cuts on it look to be glowing with a dim light. On his face is a mask of a matching material, in the shape of a traditional Japanese Oni. He's soon followed by a auburn haired woman wearing normal street clothing.
But for now at least, he wears one more thing: The CWF Conquest Championship around his waist.
As the song continues, they walk their way down to the ring, as if they were on a mission. Nothing else matters to them except getting there.
Eric Wilson starts their introduction to the crowd, "Coming to the ring, weighing in at 235 lbs, and currently hailing from the Okinawa Prefecture, Japan... representing the Future Shock Socieity, and currently he is the Legendary Wrestling Alliance's LEGENDARY CHAMPION! He is accompanied by Miss Fortune, this is TETSUO ONI!"
The pair get to the ring, and Tetsuo Oni climbs the stairs in his corner. He stops before entering the ring and starts to remove the armored pieces. He hands them to Ms. Fortune as she takes her place in his corner. The last thing he removes is the metal helmet, revealing a wrestling mask underneath with the same design on it.
Once Tetsuo Oni hands that to his valet, he then finishes climbing into the ring. No flips or dives, just climbing in through the ropes, and then standing in his corner waiting for the match to start.
Bio:
Tetsuo Oni III, as seen by the name, is the third person to bear the name and mask of this wrestling legacy. The name is usually translated as "Iron Demon" but Oni can mean goblin, ogre or demon.
He has mostly wrestled in smaller federations and organizations in Southeast Asia, as well as in the last year started to work some Lucha Libre groups in Mexico and Central America.
What is known is that he's an American with a neutral accent, but if knowledgeable of Japanese customs and language, as well as Spanish. In a recent interview piece in Mexico he mentioned being a 3rd Dan (3rd Degree Black Belt) in Ish-shin-Ryu Karate, and also practices Kenpo and Tae Kwon Do.
Not much else is known about him, other than he might be related to the first two Testuo Oni's who were cousins by marriage.
He's a technical wrestler who has shown an aptitude for quick submissions and martial arts strikes, especially kicks of all sorts.
Moves
Finishers
Primary Finisher(s): The Iron Fiddle
Description: in MMA this is called a 'Death Pistol Arm Bar". Its similar to a modified octopus hold and crusifix armbar on the mat. His body is behind their shoulders, the opponents far arm is grapevined by one leg, with his other leg ground over the front of their neck/head. The opponents close arm is pulled into an arm bar.
Secondary Finisher(s): The Iron Gate
Description: Tilt-a-whirl headscissors armbar, running at opponent (usually off ropes, doing a tiltawhirl and coming up around them and grabbing the far arm, pulling it back into an armbar.)
Signatures
1. Iron Fist- short lariat style spinning back fist. He'll grab their arm and pull them in as he then initiates the spin. Easy to duck for faster opponents but when it hits, its like a brick hitting them.
2. Harpoon - Reverse Spring board back kick, sometimes off a bottom rope slingshot.
3. Iron Knee - running knee strike to a prone opponent (face or back of head)
4. Iron Hold - tight crossface chicken wing variant, instead of holding their arm he'll slip his through theirs and try to lock his two hands together and turn it into a form of rear naked choke or sleeper if he can (they can't be very big for that to work)
5. Ring Toss - half nelson suplex, not afraid to do this off the corner turnbuckles or other objects in the heat of the moment.
Common Moves - (10 minimum please)
1. Various Knee Strikes
2. Ridgehand strikes (uses the inner side of the hand, with the thumb tucked under, instead of the knife edge like a chop, he usually tries to line this up to the ear/temple area to daze or stun an opponent and setup for a bigger move)
3. various kicks (thrust kicks, front snap kicks, side kicks... he does not aim for the chin on taller opponents. Chest is an easier target to hit)
4. Various Blocks, Parry and dodge defensive moves -
5. Various Joint Locks and holds: wrist locks, ankle locks, hammer locks, headlock variants.
6. Fujiawa style armbar (soften them up for the big moves)
7. Gannosuke clutch
8. Jumping Spinning Back Kick (especially if they're on the turnbuckle, to sweep their legs, otherwise he'll try to bullseye their solar plexus with it)
9. Jumping Flip Kick (Pele Kick)
10. Shoulder Tackle/Spear
11. baseball slide kick to the outside
12. baseball slide through a big guys legs
13. Cutting kick to the shin, thighs (or chest if they're on their knees) (using the shin instead of the foot)
14. Standing drop face buster
15. Octopus hold (standing or off a run/ship with a tilt-a-whirl)
16. Gory Special Facebuster (aka Unprettier)
17. diving flip neckbreaker off the turnbuckle
18. springboard moonsault (like curry man/chris daniels does)
19. senton bomb (standing or off turnbuckle)
20. various elbow strikes.
Legacy Moves:
There are a few moves that are only broken out for BIG matches, or as paybacks for cheating or attacks. These moves are the finishers of the previous two Tetsuo Oni's for the time while they wore the mask.
1. Iron Driver I and II
inverted fireman's carry piledriver, aka Super Dragon's PsychoDriver (including the cutthroat psychodriver 3 version, with one of the targets arms pulled across their throat before dropping them, that is the Iron Driver II)
2. Oni Drop
Cross arm iconoclasm (cross arm inverted crusifix powerbomb using the ropes to help. They start facing the mat, but end up on their back)
Appearance
We will create a Micro-Hero for the roster images for you, for this reason a detailed description is preferred.
Description: His skin is a dark tan causassian, and his hair that comes out of the back of his mask in a pony tail goes to the middle of his back. He does have tattoos including an oriental dragon in black and gold that goes from his left pec (the head) down his left arm with the tail at his wrist. He also has various other tattoos including an oni mask, and band logos on other parts of his body. He has an athletic build, like a martial artist, leaner, but not much of a six pack due to working the diaphragm more for moves and resisting strikes.
In Ring Attire: Long tights in a midnight blue. He wears a traditional wrestling mask with a japanese demon motif. To the ring, he'll wear shoulder pads, and a chest piece that look to be made of a black iron and a matching Japanese Oni mask. As a newer thing for him, the 'Iron Gear" he wears to the ring and then takes off has LED type lighting (EL Wire) that appears to be able to do patterns or flashes in different colors. Some dirt sheets have started to try to figure if there is a pattern or message in the colors and patterns before a match.
Out Of Ring Attire: (He's not usually noticeable outside of the ring. But when he has been photographed by the dirt sheets outside, he's usually seen in typical American style attire in jeans and either progmetal or metal core band t-shirts. He is usually seen in sunglasses or hiding his face in photos.
Pic Base/Poser: His gear is close to Dragon Kid's or other mask wearing japanese wrestlers.
Manager (Optional)
Name: Calliene "Cali" Fortune aka "Ms. Fortune"
Gender: Female
Pronouns: She/Her
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 130 ish lbs
Age: 24
Billed From: San Diego, CA
Entrance Music: "Cyberhex" By Motionless in White
Bio:
Calliene Fortune is the youngest sister of Rebecca Fortune, who was the original Miss Fortune who worked as the valet for Tetsuo Oni II. She is a recent addition to TOIII's act, and not much is known about her so far. She has shown that she can and will get physical if need be and it's been hinted at that she has been working with TOIII in learning martial arts. She won't slap a guy or gal who needs it, instead she'll punch them in the throat with a leopard paw strike or a good old fashioned knee to the groin.
Not much is known about her motivation, but pictures in the dirt sheets seem to indicate she is in a relationship of some sort with her charge as well.
Appearance Tall, leggy with auburn hair, a cute face, and an athletic build. She wears glasses, and usually has her hair tied back. She has been noted to have a heart shaped tattoo with the name "Greg" in it.
In Ring Attire: She's usually seen going to the ring in jeans and t-shirts. She does not dress to impress or titillate, but for function if she's needed to get involved.
For larger matches or events, she sometimes goes for the metal singer look with the tight leather pants, tight top, corset and bolero jacket, all matching TOIII's colors.
Out Of Ring Attire: she doesn't change this up much, but she has been seen wearing glasses outside the ring and arena, so she probably wears contacts when working.
Pic Base/Poser:
She looks like an auburn haired take on Tatiana Shmayluk of the band Jinjer.
